As a Licensed Corporation under the Professional Engineers Act, our firm provides professional engineering design, consultancy and PE endorsement services in compliance with Singapore's regulatory requirements. Our expertise covers structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, temporary works, ERSS, landed housing, infrastructure developments and authority submissions.

Er. Ivan Phuah Phei Guan is a Singapore-registered Professional Engineer (Civil) with over 19 years of experience in structural and civil engineering consultancy. He has extensive experience in infrastructure, industrial, commercial, residential, and temporary works projects, including ERSS, landed housing, A&A works, and authority submissions.
As Director of Mtech Consultants Pte Ltd, he leads the delivery of practical, safe, and cost-effective engineering solutions for projects across Singapore.
